Swedish-born, London based singer, multi-instrumentalist and producer Liselotte Östblom delivers futuristic soul, where jazz and hip-hop traditions meet experimental grooves and powerful vocals. Through her output as a vocalist/improviser/composer/producer, Liselotte [LEE-ZE-LOT] Östblom is on the forefront of blurring lines between genres. Once the winner of Swedish Junior Eurovision, Liselotte’s music now combines the colours of hip-hop and RnB, with trippy, drunken electronic beats and soulful vocals with raw personality. She is featured on Gregory Hutchinson forthcoming album “DA BANG” (produced by Karriem Riggins) with the single "New Dawn" and has performed with the likes of Ghost-Note, TRUE THINK and Sly5thAve, while touring with her experimental alter-ego smiling LIS around Europe. Highlighted by Jacob Collier in his I-harm-U-series, her self-produced debut EP A Paintbrush Unfold has continued to draw people into in her own sonic world. Inspired by artists such as Georgia Anne Muldrow, Jill Scott & Herbie Hancock Liselotte's music strikes the perfect note between honouring the tradition and re-inventing herself.

Swedish producer and artist, Liselotte Östblom (Lee-zeh-lot Uh-stb-lom) is a song-writer, virtuosic vocalist and fearless improviser. Liselotte is a featured artist in drummer Gregory Hutchinson’s new band with an album coming out in the autumn of 2023 (Warner) and produced by Karriem Riggins. In 2022 she has performed with Tom Ford, Alex Hitchcock and Robert Mitchell at London Jazz Festival, Marsden Jazz Festival, Ronnie Scotts and Giles Peterson’s “DINGWALLS” at LaFayette London, and been played on BBC Radio 2 The Jazz Show with Jamie Cullum and SOHO Radio. Through her other output as a producer (smiling LIS), she is eclectically creating a soulful immersion with prominent influences from alternative RnB/Hip-Hop, electronic soul and soundscapes completely solo. Liselotte debuted her art project smiling LIS with the single RITUALS which was mentioned in EARMILK, Scandinaviansoul, Stereofox and released two music videos (RITUALS, RISING) under 2022 with her mixtape PROPHECY released on March 31st on her own label.

Liselotte is a passionate educator and vocal instructor teaching at the highest level for students at Cambridge University, King’s College London, Riga Conservatory and in other schools around the world as far as China. Alongside holding an MA in Jazz Voice and LRAM Diploma in Jazz Voice Pedagogy from the Royal Academy of Music in London, she was participating in Betty Carter’s Jazz Ahead under the mentorship of Jason Moran and has completed Estill Level 1-2.

Liselotte was featured in Jacob Collier’s IHarmU in 2017.

Liselotte won Swedish Junior Eurovision Song Contest in 2004 with her friend Anna Jalkéus in the group Limelights, selling GOLD.

Liselotte has written commissioned work which has been performed for the prime minister and royals of Sweden, participated in art installation at Nobel Museum “Nobel Creations” and written choir music for the gospel choir The Master’s Voice.
